Order Policies
Gold Star has a minimum $35 order. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. All online orders are made through a secure connection that protects your personal information. Our merchant account is through Chase bank and SSL Certificate so you know your information is secure.
COD Orders
COD orders are reserved to well-known customers that have purchased previously with a major credit card and are on our list of approved COD customers. You must call in all COD orders. Please note that there is an $8 transaction fee on top of shipping for COD orders.
Store Pick-Up
If you live in the New York City area, you can select store pick-up as an option. When you come to our store, we have your package ready. Please call and let us know the approximate time you will arrive so we can have your order ready. If you do not live in the NYC area, or Do NOT plan a visit soon to the NYC area, Do Not select Store Pick Up.
Shipping Policy
Gold Star uses UPS exclusively for all shipping. When you order online, the system calculates shipping based on real-time charges form UPS. The system add the shipping charges to your order at checkout. Shipping costs includes the cost of packaging and handling. Minimum weight is one pound.
Gold Star ships all order within 24 to 48 hours of processing. While we attempt to keep a full inventory, some times we simply run out. If we are out of an item, we will note it as backordered and let you know when
you can expect the remaining shipment.
If necessary, we will contact you and see if you want to wait or want to substitute a different product.
If merchandise is damage upon arrival, you must file a claim with UPS and Gold Star within 24 hours. Gold Star guarantees that all items leave the warehouse and are properly packaged.
We inspect all packages twice before shipping. If there is any shortage, you must notify us within 24 hours.
About Catalog Prices
While we try to ensure that all prices shown online or in our catalog are correct, mistakes can occur. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you of the error as soon as possible. You have the option to purchase the product or purchasing at the correct price, or rescinding your order. Gold Star Fragrances reserves the right to change prices without notice. About Returns and Refunds
Gold Star will not accept any return that were not authorized. All sales are final except in the case where we made a mistake.
