What if I don't like the scent I ordered?
Fragrance is personal -- what smells incredible on your friend can land completely different on your skin chemistry. It happens, and we're not going to make it weird.
Contact us within 30 days and we'll work something out. One thing worth trying first though: give it a proper dry-down. Apply it, then wait 20–30 minutes before you decide. The opening notes aren't the full picture. Most people who almost returned something ended up obsessed with it an hour later.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's a quality issue -- contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
How do I use it?
Apply to pulse points -- wrists, neck, inside of elbows. These spots warm and push the scent out all day. Apply right after showering on slightly damp skin for noticeably better longevity. Don't rub your wrists together after applying -- that breaks down the fragrance and kills the dry-down. Apply and leave it alone.
Is it greasy or heavy like regular oils?
No. Our fragrance oils are jojoba-based, which absorbs cleanly without leaving a greasy film on your skin or staining.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our oils are jojoba-based and skin-safe, formulated for external use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, check the ingredient list on the product page before ordering. Patch test on your inner arm and wait 24 hours if you're unsure. When in doubt, just ask us -- we'll answer your questions upfront.
